AntoAssistant Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AntoAssistant collects when you create an AntoAssistant account and, if you choose, use the text message program; why we collect it; who can see it; how long we keep it; and how you can have it deleted.

Last updated August 25, 2026

Overview

AntoAssistant is a personal assistant for reminders, calendar summaries, and job status alerts, operated by AntoAssistant. Notifications arrive by email. Adding a mobile number is optional; if you opt in, those notifications can arrive as text messages instead. This Privacy Policy applies to AntoAssistant accounts, the optional SMS program, and this website. It does not apply to your mobile carrier, whose own privacy practices govern the network your messages travel over.

We designed the program to collect as little as possible. We do not sell personal information, we do not run advertising, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Information we collect

Account information

  • Your email address, as you entered it on the subscribe page. This is required to create an AntoAssistant account.
  • Your mobile phone number, if you choose to add one, normalised into a standard international format. A mobile number is optional and is not required to create an account.
  • A timestamp recording the date and time your account was created, and when you accepted these terms.
  • Your IP address as seen by our server at the moment you submitted the subscribe form, together with your browser user agent string.
  • A record of your SMS consent, if you opted in to text messages, including the exact wording of the disclosure you agreed to and the web address of the page you agreed to it on. SMS consent is recorded only when you provide a number and check the optional consent box.

Message information

  • Message content — the text of the messages you send to the program and the replies we send back to you, along with delivery metadata such as the message identifier, direction, and timestamps.
  • Program state derived from your messages, such as the reminders you asked us to keep and the jobs you asked us to watch.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and the program is not designed to receive, any of the following:

  • payment card numbers, bank account details, or other financial account data;
  • government identifiers such as social security, passport, or driver’s licence numbers;
  • health or medical records, or information about your health conditions;
  • precise device location or GPS coordinates;
  • your contact list, photos, files, or anything else stored on your device;
  • biometric identifiers.

Please do not send this kind of information to the program. If you do send it, it will be handled the same way as any other message content, and you can ask us to delete it.

Where information comes from

  • From you, when you fill in the subscribe form (email, and optionally a mobile number and SMS consent).
  • From you, when you send a text message to the program.
  • From our messaging provider, which passes us the inbound messages sent to our number along with delivery status information for outbound messages.
  • Automatically, from the technical details of your web request when you visit this site, such as your IP address.

How we use information

We use the information described above only to:

  • create and maintain your account;
  • send you the confirmation message after you opt in to texts;
  • deliver the messages you asked for, including replies to your questions, reminders, calendar digests, and job status alerts;
  • understand what you are asking for so we can produce a useful reply and keep context across a conversation;
  • honour HELP and STOP requests, and keep an accurate record of who has opted out;
  • maintain the consent, opt-out, and delivery records that SMS program rules and carrier requirements oblige us to keep;
  • protect the program from abuse, fraud, and technical attack, including rate limiting by IP address;
  • diagnose faults, monitor reliability, and fix bugs; and
  • respond to you when you contact support.

We do not use your information for advertising, for profiling unrelated to the program, or to build audiences for anyone else.

When we disclose information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We disclose it only in these limited situations:

  • To service providers who operate parts of the program on our behalf, under contract and only for that purpose. These are listed in the next section.
  • To your mobile carrier, to the extent necessary to deliver a message to your handset.
  • When the law requires it, such as in response to a valid subpoena, court order, or other lawful request, or where disclosure is necessary to protect someone’s safety or to investigate fraud or abuse.
  • In a business transfer, if the program is ever acquired or merged, in which case the recipient must continue to honour this policy or obtain fresh consent.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In plain terms: your mobile number and your opt-in record stay with us and with the provider that physically delivers the messages. They are never passed to advertisers, data brokers, lead generators, affiliates, or any other third party for marketing or promotional purposes, and they are never included in a business transfer of marketing data.

Service providers

We use a small number of vendors to run the program. Each one receives only what it needs, is bound by contract, and may not use the information for its own purposes.

  • Twilio Inc. — our messaging carrier gateway. Twilio transmits messages between our system and your mobile carrier, and therefore processes your mobile number and the content of the messages exchanged with the program.
  • Our hosting and infrastructure provider — stores the application and its database, including your subscription record and message history.
  • Our email provider — used only to receive and answer support messages you send to anthony20151128@gmail.com.

Where a message-understanding provider is used to generate replies, message content is sent to that provider solely to produce your reply, under terms that prohibit using your content to train general-purpose models.

How we protect information

  • All traffic to this website and to our API is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
  • Access to the subscription database is limited to the operator and protected by authentication; administrative access is not shared.
  • Credentials and provider keys are held in environment configuration, never in source code or in the browser.
  • Inbound webhooks from our messaging provider are signature-verified so that only genuine provider traffic is accepted.
  • The subscribe endpoint is rate limited by IP address to make bulk enrolment and abuse harder.
  • We collect the minimum information the program needs to work.

No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify affected subscribers and any regulator as required by applicable law.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as we have a reason to:

  • Account and consent records — kept while your account exists and, after you close it or unsubscribe from texts, for as long as needed to prove that consent was given and later withdrawn. SMS program rules make this record important for both of us.
  • Opt-out records — kept indefinitely, because we need a permanent record that a number must not be messaged again.
  • Message content — kept only as long as it is useful for continuing your conversations and honouring the reminders and alerts you set up, and then removed on a rolling basis.
  • Technical logs — kept for a short period for debugging and abuse prevention, then discarded.

To request deletion of your data, email anthony20151128@gmail.com from the address on the account and tell us the email or mobile number concerned. We will verify the request, delete what we are able to delete, and confirm when it is done. We may need to retain a minimal opt-out record so that we do not message a number again.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to do any of the following:

  • confirm whether we hold information about you, and give you a copy of it;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • delete the information we hold about you;
  • restrict or object to certain processing;
  • provide your information in a portable format; and
  • withdraw your consent to receive messages.

How to exercise them

The fastest way to stop all messages is to reply STOP to any message from AntoAssistant. For anything else, email anthony20151128@gmail.com with the mobile number in question and what you would like us to do. We will respond within the period required by applicable law, and normally much sooner.

We will not discriminate against you, or degrade the program for you, because you exercised a privacy right. If you are unhappy with how we handled your request, you may complain to your local data protection or consumer protection authority.

Children’s privacy

AntoAssistant is intended for adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, or under the age of majority where they live. If you believe a minor has subscribed, email anthony20151128@gmail.com and we will remove the number and delete the associated records.

International transfers

The program is operated from, and its data is stored in, the United States. If you access the program from outside the United States, the information described in this policy will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

Where a transfer of personal information out of the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another region with transfer restrictions is involved, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with the relevant provider.

Website cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, does not use third-party advertising pixels, and does not build a profile of your browsing. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font files and can see the requesting IP address.

Our server records ordinary web request information, including IP address, timestamp, and user agent. When you submit the subscribe form, the IP address and user agent are stored as part of your consent record, as described above.

If we introduce privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will describe it here before turning it on.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the program changes. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page and publish the new version here, at this same web address.

If a change materially affects how we handle your information, we will notify subscribers by text message before it takes effect, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again. If you do not agree with a revised policy, reply STOP to unsubscribe and email anthony20151128@gmail.com to request deletion.
